Ray's Rotary Reunions

The Rotary Project Expo

What?

The Rotary Project Expo is an exciting two day showcase running at The Pavilion on February 4 and 5, alongside Ray’s Rotary Reunions.

Why?

Building Communities, Bridging Continents is what Rotary does best. This expo provides a unique opportunity for Clubs to showcase their projects to Rotarians from around the World.  The Expo is an initiative of RI President Ray and the Reach Out to Africa (ROTA) Committee and aims to encourage greater involvement by clubs in community service projects in Africa.  ROTA’s primary objective is to motivate, develop and facilitate partnerships as a “bridge” to build humanitarian service collaborations between Rotary Clubs from developed countries and Clubs in developing countries.

Who?

PDG Humphrey Worthington-Smith is heading up the Rotary Project Expo team, assisted by Rotarians from Sea Point and Waterfront Rotary clubs.

How?

Display tables will be allocated on a 'first come first served' basis. You may apply for one or more tables, for Friday and/or Saturday. The cost is ZAR150 (US$25) per table per day. An Expo Exhibit Registration form will be
circulated to all clubs and can also be downloaded here.  Please submit applications to PDG Humphrey  on or before December 15th, 2010.  Payment will secure your position to exhibit.  Exhibitor guidelines can be downloaded from this link.
